01. Introduction

Loopfour Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://justpaid.io (hereinafter referred to as “Service”). Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to https://justpaid.io, and explains how we collect, use, share, transfer, store, retain and otherwise process information that results from your use of our Service.  This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party website or service that we do not own or control.

We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Service (“Terms”) which govern all use of our Service and together with the Privacy Policy and any Service Level Agreement we may enter into with you constitute your agreement with us (“Agreement”).

02. Types of Data Collected

We receive information from and on behalf of customers when they use the Service, including but not limited to Personal Data, Usage Data, Tracking Cookies Data and data from other sources (all defined below and collectively referred to as “Data”).  For such Data, the customer is the “data controller” (for purposes of GDPR) or the “business” (for purposes of the CCPA).

(a) Personal Data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession), including” (i) “Contact Data” (such as your name, company name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone numbers, and email addresses); (ii) “Profile Information” used to access the Service (such as username and password); (iii) “Financial Data” (such as your credit card number, expiration date, and verification code or bank account information; (iv) “Legal Data (such as your tax identification number, employer identification number and/or social security number), (v) “Demographic Data” (such as your zip code and gender); and, (vi) information required to connect with and collect information related to the Service from your business’s accounting software, recurring revenue subscription software, and business’s bank account information.  Personal Data does not include de-identified or aggregate information, or public information lawfully available from governmental records.

We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link.

(b) Usage Data

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access Service by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”).

This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (IP address), internet service provider (ISP) information, operating systems, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, general location information, and other diagnostic data.

When you access Service with a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We may use Usage Data to analyze website traffic to the Service, and to diagnose problems with our server, administer the website, or display content according to your preferences.

We may obtain information about you from other sources, including third-party services and organizations (including third parties you use to interact with the Service) to supplement information provided by you.  This additional information allows us to verify information that tou have provided to us for fraud prevention, marketing, underwriting, risk management, business intelligence and other internal purposes.

(d) Tracking Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service, including Google Analytics features, or employ internally developed cookies, clear GIFs, pixel tags, tracking codes and other technologies that allow us to store data on your computer or other device used to access the Service.

(b)  To automate the development of the Service (including CI/CD Tools)

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf, and are not authorized by us to disclose it or use it for any other purpose.

05. Retention of Data

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.  When you close your account with us, we may keep your Personal Data for a minimum of three (3) months after your last communication with us in case you wish to restore your account.

We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.  We are under no obligation to store Personal Data indefinitely, and disclaim any liability arising out of, or related to, the destruction or deletion of such Personal Data.

06. Transfer Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to – and maintained on – computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to United States and process it there. 07. Disclosure of Data as Required or Permitted by Law

We may disclose personal information that we collect, or that you provide as may be required pursuant to judicial or governmental subpoenas, warrants, or orders, or to protect us from legal liability. We reserve the right to use, disclose and/or share your Personal Data in the following circumstances, without limitation:

Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

(b)  Business Transaction.
If we or our subsidiaries are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred.

10. Security of Data

The security of your Data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security, and you provide this information at your own risk.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, you agree and acknowledge that we will not be liable or responsible if any information about you is intercepted, accessed, and/or used by an unintended recipient.  You agree that you will contact and notify us immediately if you have reason to believe that the security of your Personal Data has been compromised.

11. Protected Health Information - HIPAA

We are not a health plan, healthcare clearinghouse or healthcare provider, or otherwise a “covered entity” as defined or contemplated by The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as amended (HIPAA).  You acknowledge and agree we are not obligated to comply with HIPAA rules requirements regarding privacy and security of “Protected Health Information” (ePHI) that we may be provided pursuant to your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA. If we become aware that you have transmitted ePHI in any manner through the Service in violation of this Agreement or HIPAA, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) we may delete the ePHI without notice to you and without us incurring any liability to you, and (b) you agree to pay any costs or fees associated with that ePHI deletion.

12. For Residents of the EU and EEA -- Your Data Protection Rights Under GDPR

If you are a California resident, you are entitled to learn what data we collect about you, ask to delete your data and not to sell (share) it. Please note, you are entitled to ask us to provide you with this information up to two times in a rolling twelve-month period. When you make this request, the information provided may be limited to the personal information we collected about you in the previous 12 months.

(b)  To delete your personal information. If you make this request, we will delete the personal information we hold about you as of the date of your request from our records and direct any service providers to do the same. In some cases, deletion may be accomplished through de-identification of the information. If you choose to delete your personal information, you may not be able to use certain functions that require your personal information to operate.

(c)  To stop selling your personal information.  If you are a California resident, you may opt-out of the sale of your personal information.

(d)  To stop sharing your personal information.  If you are California resident, you may opt-out of the “sharing” of your personal information (defined as the targeting of advertising to a consumer based on the consumer’s personal information obtained from the consumer’s activity across websites).

Please note, if you ask us to delete or stop selling your personal information, it may impact your experience with us, as you may not be able to participate in certain aspects of the Service which require the usage of such Data to function. However, we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

16. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (“Child” or “Children”).  We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information (as that term is defined in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)) from Children under 13. If you become aware that a Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we will delete the personal information to the extent required by COPPA.

We do not knowingly process Personal Data of EU residents under the age of 16 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.  If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from an EU resident under the age of 16 without parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as is practicable.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
