Getting Started with the JustPaid Dashboard

A walkthrough of everything you see on screen and how to get up and running quickly

5 min read

When you first log in to JustPaid, you'll land on the Dashboard — your financial command center. This article will walk you through everything you see on screen, what it means, and what actions you can take to get up and running quickly.

1

Completing Your Setup

At the top of the dashboard, you'll see a progress bar that guides you through essential setup steps:

KYC Verification

Needed for compliance before receiving payments.

Bank Account Setup

Connect one or more accounts to receive funds.

Company Profile

Enter your business details.

Payment Profile

Configure your payment preferences.

Accounting Integrations

Sync with your accounting software.

Tip

If any step is incomplete, it'll show with an orange alert icon — you can click on it to complete the process.
2

Match Unmatched CRM Customers

If you've connected your CRM (like HubSpot), you may see a message like:

"You have 15 unmatched customers imported from HubSpot."

This just means JustPaid found customers in your CRM that aren't yet linked to invoice records. Click "Match Customers" to fix that in a few seconds.

3

Handle Past Due Invoices

If you have unpaid invoices that are overdue, you'll see an orange box with this alert:

Alert

There are past due invoices awaiting your action!

You'll have two quick options here:

Enable auto-collect

Let JustPaid follow up automatically.

Review Past Due Invoices

See which customers owe you and take action.

This section helps you stay on top of collections without needing to dig around.

4

Monitor Your Financial Metrics

Here are the three key data points always visible on your dashboard:

Total Invoiced (MTD)

Shows how much you've billed this month. Great for understanding business volume.

Collected Revenue (MTD)

How much cash has come in. Useful for forecasting and planning.

Total Overdue Revenue

Unpaid invoices that are past due. Helps you know where to focus collection efforts.

Note

These metrics update in real-time and show percent change from the previous month.
5

Check Invoice Statuses

Scroll down a bit, and you'll see a breakdown of your current invoices:

Draft — Invoices not yet sent (e.g. "34 invoices" need action)
Pending — Awaiting payment
Paid — Successfully collected
Overdue — Past the due date

Click "Review All" to view and manage each invoice by status.

6

Understand Aging Summary

The Aging Summary helps you track overdue invoices by how late they are:

0–30 days
31–60 days
61–90 days
90+ days

This makes it super easy to prioritize follow-ups. You can click "View Aging Summary" to dive deeper into the amounts owed and which clients need reminders.

You're all set!

That's your quick walkthrough of the JustPaid dashboard. From setup to overdue invoice alerts, you're now equipped to manage payments and stay on top of your accounts receivable with ease.
