Access Payment Profiles in JustPaid

Log in to JustPaid — Enter your credentials to access your account.

Navigate to Settings — From the dashboard, click on the Settings option.

Go to Product Settings — Within Settings, select the Product tab.

Select Payment Profiles — Click on Payment Profiles to manage how payments are routed.

Create or Edit a Payment Profile

Add or Edit a Profile

To create a new profile, click Add Payment Profile
To modify an existing profile, select it and click Edit

Configure Payment Profile Details

Name the Profile — Assign a descriptive name (e.g., "Premium Clients Account").

Select Bank Account — Choose the bank account where payments will be deposited. Ensure the desired accounts are connected to JustPaid.

Assign Customers to the Profile

All Customers

Route all customer payments to this bank account.

Specific Customer

Select individual customers from the list to direct their payments to the specified account.

Save the Payment Profile

After configuring the details, click Save to apply the settings.

Tip

Use descriptive names for your payment profiles (like "Enterprise Clients" or "Consulting Revenue") to keep things organized as you scale.

To connect additional bank accounts, navigate to the bank account settings in JustPaid and follow the prompts to add new accounts.
